Easiest way: open the app, go to Settings → Contact support. That opens a pre-filled email with your app version, iOS version and device model — nothing else, no personal data. Just describe the issue and hit send.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Koord is a 100% local app — no account, no internet connection required.

Is my data sent over the internet?

No. See the privacy policy.

How do I back up my data?

Your data is included in your iPhone's standard encrypted iCloud Backup if you have enabled Settings > [your name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup. When you switch iPhones, restoring from that backup also restores your Koord projects. You can also export your data as JSON from the in-app Settings screen.

I switched iPhones and my data is gone.

Check that you restored the new iPhone from an iCloud backup (rather than as a new device). If your data is still missing, contact us: contact@koord-app.com.

How do I delete all my data?

Delete the app from your home screen. iOS will erase all associated local data. No copy persists, because no copy was ever sent to us.

Is there an Android version?

Not at this time. Koord is built specifically for iOS and leverages Apple technologies (SwiftUI, StoreKit, SwiftData, PhotoKit).

Free trial and Koord Pro

Every feature is free to try for 14 days. After the trial, Koord Pro is available as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase (with Apple Family Sharing). You can pick your plan, switch, or restore purchases from Settings → Koord Pro in the app.

Managing or cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by Koord. To change or cancel one, open iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, pick Koord Pro, and follow Apple's flow. Refunds also go through Apple — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I switched iPhones — how do I get Koord Pro back?

Use the same Apple ID, open Koord, go to Settings → Koord Pro → Restore Purchases. Your subscription or lifetime purchase will reactivate without a second charge.

Service status

Koord doesn't rely on any online service to work. The app keeps running offline, on a plane, with no network. For potential App Store or iCloud outages: Apple System Status.
